Chicken Liver and Macaroni
Soup
Ingredients
- 6 chicken livers, chopped fine
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- 6 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup macaroni, broken in pieces
- 3 cups water
- seasonings to taste
Directions
Put chicken livers, onion, tomatoes, water
and seasonings in a sauce pan
Bring to a boil
.
Add the macaroni
, cover and let boil slowly for 25 minutes
Serve.
